It was a low budget hotel.

I booked a room with a comfortable bed, central heating, multi-channel TV, and an electronic key card. The hotel's position was marvellous and exceptionally nice, in the middle of jackson. Had some takeout meals at Pao de Mel Cafe Bakery, set easy walk to the venue, I couldn't resist.

The staff were very helpful. the setting of the hotel was great and perfectly comfortable. the venue was just a short stroll away from Kantor Kellett Gallery.

It is a deluxe hotel with very amiable and amicable staff. The location is exceptionally nice and incredibly comfortable, in the middle of jackson. Every time in Springdale, I choose this place.

The location seems to be in a questionable part of town, considering the presence of strangers loitering around the parking lot late at night. Rooms come with outdated furnishings and yellowed linens from the 90s, some stained and smelling of smoke. the cleanliness is questionable, with old carpets and bedding. the comforters are thin and useless, like the top layer of curtains.

Limited parking area creates inconvenience for guests, especially those staying in rooms at the back of the hotel.

The staff was friendly and very helpful, and the hotel's location in the center of Jackson was fantastic.
